Talisman Exporter is a tool that allows you to export all your saved character slots from the Monster Hunter: Rise into a text file. All you need to do is to install this extension, open Reframework, open the character slot, and click the export button.
After you have clicked the button, it will start to export all the information from the slot. When it's done, you will find a file named "Save[Slot you exported from]_ExportedTalismans.txt" in your Talisman Exporter folder. This file contains the information that you can import into Reframework.
The exported information is in the form of a text file. This makes importing your character to set builder easier.
